32 | R1 is always well kempt with their hygiene and toileting needs prior to and on the day of their hospitalization. R1 may have been in an incident, which required for them to be taken to the hospital, on or around 05/23/26, but their diapering and toileting needs were met. Interviews with six (6) residents, held between 10:30am to 11:30am also could not confirm the allegation. Four (4) of the six residents stated they do not need assistance with going to the bathroom or their hygiene needs, and they can manage these on their own. The other two (2) residents require assistance with going to the bathroom and hygiene needs, but gave no indication that these needs are not being met. Between 11:30am to 12:30pm, LPA conducted a record review. Between 12:30pm to 1:30pm, a physical plant inspection was made to insure compliance with regulation.
Based on the department’s observations, interviews, and record review which were conducted, it could not be proven that Staff did not ensure residents hygiene needs were met. Therefore the above allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time. Administrator advised and a copy of this report issued. |
