Allegation: Staff do not ensure that outside vendors maintain resident privacy during the provision of services. It was alleged that staff contracted with an outside vendor (V1) to provide entertainment services for residents, it was alleged that V1 recorded pictures/videos while at the facility, and posted residents images without their consent.

LPA Comer's interviews with Administrator and Staff revealed the following: Both Administrator and Staff refute the allegation, stating to LPA that Vendor#1 (V1) was not scheduled, nor contracted to provide any services at the facility. Per the Administrator, staff have not received any complaints from either residents, nor their families, regarding unauthorized recordings, or postings of residents. Per the Administrator, all vendors are thoroughly screened prior to performing any services at the facility, and that vendors are not permitted to record any photos/video of residents in order to ensure the overall safety and well-being in the community. LPA Comer's Interviews of residents revealed the following: All residents interviewed deny being recorded, nor witnessing V1, nor any vendors recording photos or videos at the facility.

LPA reviewed facility activity calendars from January through May of 2026, and V1 was not displayed on calendars. LPA also reviewed eight (8) admission agreements, which include photo\video consent and release statements signed and dated by resident or responsible family member.

Based on LPA interviews, and records review, there is not enough evidence to support the allegation, Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
