During today’s visit, upon arrival, LPA observed that the residents had just finished breakfast: oatmeal, cereal, eggs, milk, coffee, and a jug of water available at the center table. At lunchtime, LPA observed the resident's lunch plate: white rice, ground turkey with vegetables, and a cup of water/ juice. Record review at revealed that the facility menu provides a well-balanced meal that includes fruit, vegetables, protein, and yogurt. Interviews with residents revealed that the food is good, nutritious, and of good quality. Interviews with staff revealed that three (3) well-balanced meals are served and snacks are given when requested.
