On July 1, 2026, the Department conducted a facility tour and did not observe any medications on the floors in any area of the facility. The Department observed residents’ medications and medication records/logs for the period of June 1, 2026, through July 1, 2026. Medications were stored safely in a locked cabinet in the living room, inaccessible to residents. All medications were properly labeled and maintained in accordance with label instructions, and records were documented in compliance with Title 22 regulations and state and federal law.

Based on interviews, available evidence, observations, information received, and records reviewed, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegation. Although the allegation may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated.

A copy of the Complaint Investigation Report LIC9099 and LIC9099-C was provided to Ricky Ricardo, House Manager.

No deficiencies were cited.

An exit interview was conducted.
