32 | Second Allegation:- Facility is in disrepair.
During facility walk through inside and outside the perimeter, LPA Singh observed that the facility was clean, sanitary, well maintained, and completely free of any disrepair, mold, or mold odors. Through interviews with five(5) out of six(6) residents and Two(2) staff members it was confirmed that the licensee consistently addresses and completes any necessary repairs immediately whenever issues arise.
Based on the evidence found during the investigation, the allegations listed Staff do not ensure the facility is free of pests, Facility is in disrepair are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaints are UNSUBSTANTIATED means although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. During today’s visit, no deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report (LIC9099) was discussed, signed and provided to Staff/Caregiver Irma Baca, facility representative at the conclusion of this visit.
